THE RADIANT RETREAT!!!

Hey Everyone!
Please join me at the Radiant Retreat, MarchRadRet_BK[1].jpg 24 – 31, 2012, in Maya Tulum, Mexico (www.rrresorts.com/f.html#/maya_tulum). Come enjoy a powerful week of vinyasa yoga, meditation and creative writing. I will be collaborating with two inspiring women – Jennifer Schelter (www.yogaschelter.com), an inspired yoga teacher/life coach/writer and founder of the 5th annual Radiant Retreat, and Laura Munson (www.lauramunsonauthor.com), a NY Times best-selling author.
I will be teaching yoga alongside Jennifer, so rest assured, there will plenty of yoga accessible to all levels. In addition, Laura will conduct the afternoon writing workshops. Participate in as many or as few classes as you’d like. After all, it’s your adventure.
The Radiant Retreat is on the beautiful Mayan Riviera, with beach-front cabanas by the Caribbean Sea. And, there will be opportunities to sight-see the stunning surrounding areas. All are welcome whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner.

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are having a fantastic Summer! After nearly 7 amazing years in New York City, I recently made the decision to head West to Los Angeles. For several years, California has been on my bucket list of places to live so rather than wonder what if, I took the leap and decided to  just do it. Change is never easy particularly since I forged major connections with my NYC students and teachers. I miss seeing you all on a weekly basis, but hope we can stay in touch.  Please stay tuned for several upcoming retreats in upstate NYC, Colorado, and the Caribbean which I hope you can attend. For those of you whom I’ve just met or am about to meet in California, I look forward seeing you on the mat! To all near and far, take good care and great balance of the summer.
